How to permanently cancel (delete) the card?
Canceling the card is a permanent action that cannot be undone. You will need to request a new card with new issuance fees if you wish to return.
In order to complete the process of canceling your card and permanently deleting it from your account, please follow these steps:
From the "My Cards" section, click the "Delete" icon (red trash can).

Select the currency to deduct the cancellation fee ($1) and click continue.
Confirm your decision via the final warning window.
Balance Note: The card is deleted within 24 hours. However, the recovery of the remaining balance may take up to 30 business days, in accordance with international banking procedures.
